RÉSUMÉ

A functional technological approach to modeling of information support processes in the system of monitoring the state of technical information protection has been addressed. The essence of this process includes an analysis of periodically modified range of the system functions and new information technologies so as to synthesize a structure of the nucleus for information support of the system of monitoring the state of technical information protection, i.e., the distributed database which most closely corresponds to the functionality and the specified quality indicators.
