RÉSUMÉ

Examples of the analysis of specific slow-wave structures (a comb with a shield and a double comb) are represented. Dispersion equations are obtained, and amplitudes are carried out for field spatial harmonics. A field distribution near a surface of a slow-wave structure is analyzed. The effect of opposite wave motion on a surface of metal electrodes is predicted.
