RÉSUMÉ

The influence exerted by the film of surface-active nonsolute substance upon azimuthal properties of several parameters of Doppler spectra of signals in centimeter- and millimeter-wave bands backscattered by the disturbed water surface in natural conditions is experimentally estimated. Possibility of using these effects for detection of surface-active substances is considered.
