Low-Speed System for Digital Coding of a Speech Signal

RÉSUMÉ

Basic problems in the field of low-speed digital speech transmission are briefly described. Analysis of the existing methods of digital speech coding was used to propose a system for adaptive processing of the speech signal. A generalized scheme for compression of the speech signal using a neuron network is presented.
