Measurement of Permittivity of Substances Using the Partially Filled Cavity Method

RÉSUMÉ

Method of complex permittivity measurement by partially filled resonator is considered. The simplest model (transcendental equation) is used. Curves of H111- and H011- in dependence on sample permittivity and infill level are obtained.
