RÉSUMÉ

Monitoring of the technical state of telecommunication objects is an expensive process. Quality of this process, performed by an automated control system, substantially depends on its organization, the service procedure, the number and the type of measuring devices used and the service type. Therefore, a very important scientific problem related to optimal organization of monitoring of the telecommunication object technical state to ensure the required efficiency with a minimal number of measuring devices is encountered in practice.
