RÉSUMÉ

The experimental investigation results on the frequency dependence of the bandwidth of a horn antenna with side grid walls in the E plane on the grid parameters, defining the amplitude and phase distribution of its radiation field, are given. The possibility for selecting an optimal number of metal rods, forming grid walls, and the law of their location to stabilize the horn antenna bandwidth in both H and E planes in a more than doubled frequency band is demonstrated.
