Flight-Path Analysis of Moving a Charged Particle at a Special Form of the Anode Voltage

RÉSUMÉ

By using the flight-path analysis in a single-particle approach, the possibility of secondary electron emission in the cold-cathode magnetron devices has been investigated theoretically. In dependence on the pulse form of the anode voltage, the energy of initial electrons can be received, which is enough for an avalanche formation of secondary electrons.
