IMPLEMENTATION OF SYSTEMATIC APPROACH IN THE CREATION OF RADAR SYSTEMS OF METEOROLOGICAL MONITORING

RÉSUMÉ

The paper is devoted to weather radar network. Application of the systems approach to creation of the meteorological monitoring radar system makes it possible to obtain a cost-effective operating and an optimum coverage of the observation space by the radar field. The systems approach allows a considerable extension to the radar method of meteorological information production.
