Analysis of G.711 Codecs Using the Pareto Distribution of Interval Duration in Sample Flow

RÉSUMÉ

Employment of mathematical methods is considered for analyzing G.711 codecs. The Pareto distribution of the interval duration in the sample flow allows analyzing the codec quality with the variation coefficient exceeding 1.
