RÉSUMÉ
There are set forth in a brief form the essence and contents of the statistical antenna theory (SAT), basic concepts, procedures of solving the SAT problems, which occur most frequently in practice. Main statistical effects characterizing the influence of antenna sources fluctuations (random errors) on their parameters are considered. Expressions are given for estimation of these effects, regularities of their change depending on numerical parameters of errors - their dispersion and correlation radius. A characteristic of the state-of-the-art of different parts of SAT is given, and major fields of this theory applications are described. The most important literature on SAT is pointed out.
