Proposals for Development of the Model of a Universal Automated System for Control of Telecommunication Objects on the Basis of the Technology of Virtual Instruments

RÉSUMÉ

The increased requirements for automation of control over the modern telecommunication systems of any purpose have led to the necessity of using a new concept of engineering measuring systems, which changes not only the method of constructing and using measuring equipment, but the principle of engineering data collection and processing systems and control systems as a whole. Since the solution of practically every problem of control involves measuring, testing, and data processing, a universal automated control system has been developed for quality reporting of the results of the data processing on the basis of application of the technology of virtual instruments, which has been reviewed in this article.
