BWT-Clinotron Based Stochastic Oscillators for Hidden Communications, Electronic Counter Action and Radio Masking in Millimeter-Wave Band

RÉSUMÉ

The experimental results of investigation of different ways of excitation of noise radiation in BWT-clinotron in mm-wave band are described in this paper. The electric modes and characteristics of noise signals depending on several parameters of oscillating systems are provided. The comparative analysis of spectral characteristics of the developed models in mm-wave band is performed.
