RÉSUMÉ

This part of the paper contains the calculation of processes of composite nanoparticle formation in the gaseous phase. The results of calculations of structural characteristics of nanoparticles and evolution of basic variables of a nanosystem with time being dependent on the initial state of the nanosystem are given: correlations of masses of initial materials, initial temperature and pressure, parameters of the environment effect on the nanosystem (medium cooling or heating rate, changes in the external pressure, characteristics of different physical fields), interaction of nanoparticles.
