Weight-and-Size Optimization Method for the Layout of Hermetically Sealed Onboard Units of Radioelectronic Equipment

RÉSUMÉ

The mathematical models of the weight-and-size and thermal characteristics of hermetically sealed stackable design units are generated. The relations are obtained for determining the optimal number of printed circuit boards, the distances between the boards and the diameter of the racks. The method of weight-and-size optimization of hermetically sealed stackable design unit is proposed. Temperature distribution simulation in the unit is carried out by CAE system.
