RÉSUMÉ
The operation algorithm for the receiver of binary signals is synthesized. These signals are received against a background of non-gaussian hindrances based on a priori information in the form of sequences of moment functions. The results of the synthesis for determined signals received in gaussian noise coincide with the known algorithms of the optimal receiver operation.
