RÉSUMÉ

Conceptual foundations of safety control for complex technical systems are suggested and substantiated on the basis of new principles of technical diagnosing and assessment of technical state of an object. These principles are based on the theory of survivability and the theory of the system analysis of risks under incompleteness, uncertainty and inconsistency of the initial information.
