RÉSUMÉ
A queueing system with a complex arrival process is studied, the arrivals being non-cormectcd pulses. Concept of τ-renewal pulses and τ-equivalence are introduced. A problem of the reduction of the system with complex arrival process to that with simple one is solved. A relation of the distribution of pulses duration of complex and simple customers is established.
