A Method of Pattern Recognition of Texts Written Together

Igor V Gaidaichuk

RÉSUMÉ

A new method of pattern recognition of texts written together is proposed. The method consists of the following steps: separation of the word skeleton, representation of the skeleton as an oriented graph, coding of the graph arcs by Frieman oriented segments, recognition of individual symbols using grammatical methods, word reconstruction based on recognized symbols. It is proved that under some assumptions the last stage can be reduced to solution of the integer programming problem.
