Data on the taxonomic richness and abundance of zooperiphyton occurring in the lower section of the Kiev Reservoir (the Dnieper River) are presented. The problems dealt with fouling control are discussed. MOTS CLÉS: zooperiphyton, fouling, the Kiev Reservoir, hydro-electric power station, coat free of fouling.
