RÉSUMÉ
The biochemical method and procedure to assess toxicity of sea water and biocides standard solutions using the diatom species Phaeodactylum tricornutum and the green alga Dunaliella salina as test-organisms are proposed. The intensity of the lipid hydroperoxidations is a test-reaction. Solution toxicity criterion is a content of these substances in culture liquid in comparison with control cultures.
