RÉSUMÉ

Impact of the organophosphoric compound (dimethoate) of concentration 0.15, 0.30 and 0.5 mg/dm3 on activity of the transamination enzymes in the carp's liver, gills and muscles was studied. Activity of aspartate aminotransferase in most cases did not change, whereas activity of alanine aminotransferase was suppressed, especially in the carp's muscles.
