RÉSUMÉ

Protein composition of the blood serum of the most widely distributed freshwater fishes of the West Podillya (carp, crucian carp, perch and pike) has been studied. Interspecific differences of albumins, a, β and γ-globulins content in the blood serum of the considered fish species have been studied. Certain differences in relation of the protein fractions in fishes from different small rivers have been revealed. Variation of the fraction protein composition as fish response to the environmental impact has been considered. Such variations may be used for biomonitoring of the aquatic ecosystems.
