RÉSUMÉ

Problems of thermolabile material drying have been considered. The setup for investigation of processes of hygrothermal dehydration of thermolabile materials is described. Results of analysis of material dehydration for pharmaceutical and processing industries have been presented. A new method and a setup for convection hygrothermal dehydration using a compression heat pump have been suggested.
