Heat and Mass Transfer in Film Absorption in Two-Phase Binary Systems

RÉSUMÉ

A physical absorption process accompanied by phase transition and heat liberation is considered. Analytical solutions of the heat and mass transfer problem in laminar film absorption for the initial section and for the section with a linear temperature profile are obtained for a one-component gas with consideration for the change -in the volume of liquid. Approximate solutions of the heat and mass transfer problem in liquid and gas phases upon nonisothermal film absorption from mixture containing a nonabsorbable component are analyzed under the assumption on the constancy of the film thickness.
