Mode of Bubble Boiling of Emulsion with a Low-Boiling Dispersed Phase

RÉSUMÉ

The results of the experimental investigations on the heat transfer of thin wires with water/oil and ether/water emulsions are given. The temperature of normal oil boiling is not lower than 340°C. A considerable delay in the crisis of bubble boiling is obtained for both emulsions, and is particularly noticeable for the ether/water emulsion. In the latter case the coefficient of connective heat transfer and the density of heat flux substantially exceed the corresponding values for pure initial liquids in the entire investigated range of temperatures (from 20 to 230°C) and pressures (from 0.1 to 3.6 МРа).
