Head and Mass Transfer with Hydrodynamic Fractionation of Dispersed Systems under the Conditions of Adiabatic Flow Boiling

RÉSUMÉ

The results of theoretical and experimental investigations of heat and mass transfer and hydrodynamics of adiabatic boiling of a metastable liquid flow and a two-component immiscible liquid system are presented. Examples of temperature field distributions, pressure and concentrations of dispersed media on discharge to the vacuum region through various adapters and nozzles are given. The results obtained agree with the theory within the limits of experimental errors.
