RÉSUMÉ

Analytical results are presented on the effects of the intensity and the scale turbulence on heat transfer and hydraulic resistance from a transverse cylinder. Equations of a flat boundary layer were used together with the two-parameter scale of turbulence and a subsequent finite difference solution. The influence of the turbulence parameters was higher on heat transfer then on hydraulic resistance. The effects of the same factors on the dynamical behavior of the separation points were determined.
