VARIATIONAL ITERATION METHOD FOR SUBDIFFUSION EQUATIONS WITH THE RIEMANN−LIOUVILLE DERIVATIVES

RÉSUMÉ

The anomalous dynamics is frequently met in the processes that develop through disordered media, and the fractional calculus approach is an efficient tool to model such phenomena and find adequate solutions. This communication considers the application of the variational iteration method (VIM) to the solution of subdiffusion equations with the Riemann−Liouville derivatives. The main efforts are oriented toward the correct determination of Lagrange multipliers of the method, and the solutions of the subdiffusion equation are obtained efficiently.
