OHAM SOLUTION FOR THIN FILM FLOW OF THIRD-GRADE FLUID THROUGH POROUS MEDIUM OVER AN INCLINED PLANE
RÉSUMÉ
We investigate steady thin film flow of an incompressible third-grade fluid through a porous medium on an inclined plane. The equations of flow through the porous medium are nonlinear and are solved for the velocity field using an analytical method, namely, the optimal homotopy asymptotic method (OHAM). The results obtained by OHAM are compared with the exact solution and a close agreement was found. Finally the graphs are plotted to discuss the effect of different parameters.
