RÉSUMÉ

This paper presents the results of comprehensive experimental and computational studies of the shock-wave and thermodynamic parameters of particle collision with the shell of a pressurized spacecraft compartment that depend on the physical and mechanical characteristics of the impactor material and impact velocity. The results of the calculations for the shell breakdown and air waves in the pressurized spacecraft compartment are compared with the data from experimental measurements at the MBU and U-12 facilities based at TsNIIMash.
