WAVE PHENOMENA AND ONE-DIMENSIONAL TWO-PHASE FLOW MODELS. PART I: KINEMATIC WAVES; EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS; THEORY
RÉSUMÉ
This paper describes experimental and analytical work on kinematic wave phenomena in two-phase flows. The main topics are the properties of these waves and the main focus is on the corresponding modeling problems.
