RÉSUMÉ

In this article the deficiencies of traditional technology used for manufacturing of tubes, for example, for the nuclear power industry are shown. The basis of new, ecological clean technology for production of carbon-free stainless austenitic metal with high-strength nanocrystalline structure is carried out. A new design of a multifunction melting unit with metal and slag rotation is presented. The succession of operation for new technology realization is described by a process flow diagram. All main advantages and specifics of new technologies and developed melting unit are presented. The received stainless austenitic metal can be used for thermionic fuel elements and heat exchanger tubes at nuclear power plants with essential increases in their expected lifetime.
