RÉSUMÉ

This guide provides a comprehensive, annotated bibliography of the more than 200 articles on stroke outcome in the medical literature from 1950 to the present. Investigational articles are outlined by type of study, number of patients included, patient selection criteria, statistical analysis used, quality of study, and results of the study. A listing of review articles is also included.
