RÉSUMÉ
The results of the study of autotrophic plankton in nine lakes of the Republic of Bashkortostan during the period from 1978 till 2009 were summarized. In total, 587 species and infraspecific taxa of Cyanoprokaryota and algae were revealed. Their α-, β-, and γ-diversity were discussed.
