It is shown that the frequency properties of the plasma emitter by input impedance and by radiation characteristics exceed the relevant parameters of usual dipole aerials. The way of determination of plasma conductivity is offered. It is shown that the amplification factor of such plasma emitter can be altered more than twice by regulating a value of a direct current of a gas discharge circuit. %8 2005-12-27
