The matching of impedances of the oscillation system and a nonlinear element is accomplished by introducing low Q resonators or a step transformer. Fixed-frequency oscillators are implemented in the 27−115 GHz frequency band. The noise level is at most 80−120dB/Hz for a 10−kHz detuning from the carrier frequency. %8 2000-02-01
