It has been shown that the young males who systematically perform muscular work are characterized by high levels of markers for the formation of superoxide radical, reactive oxygen species, lipid peroxidation products, and nitrosative stress. The increase in the degree of adverse effects of intensive training and competitive loads on the body is accompanied by pronounced adaptive changes in the hierarchy of oxidative inducible de novo synthesis of nitric oxide (increased three times), as well as its non-oxidative 'salvage' synthesis (growth 3 times). Disadaptation of the body at the end of a competition period is evidenced by increasing reactive oxygen species generation (superoxide radical 3.5 times and hydrogen peroxide 2.5 times), as well as the products of purine nucleotide degradation 2 times, and the increase in the content of the nitrate anion 2.5 times. %8 2017-08-24
