The estimate of the lower bound of a possible range of dielectric losses measurement is considered in detail. Quantitative estimates of the measurement ranges and criteria for selection of sensor parameters, obtained in an analytical way, will make it possible to use effectively the numerical methods and advanced software for engineering calculations of specific devices. %8 2015-12-11
