T1 Structure and Properties of Electrically Deposited Cadmium Sulfide Films JF Telecommunications and Radio Engineering JO TRE YR 2008 FD 2008-05-13 VO 67 IS 9 SP 843 OP 851 AB Cadmium sulfide layers form an integral part of the thin-film solar cells (SC) based on the copper indium diselenide and on the cadmium telluride. They serve as a buffer between the base layer and the transparent electrode. This paper considers investigation of the structure, electrical and optical properties of electrodeposited CdS films. The structural analysis has been performed by the X-ray diffractometry method. To determine the electrical properties the dark voltage characteristics (CVC) of the films were used. Optical properties were investigated by means of the spectrophotometry method. PB Begell House LK https://www.dl.begellhouse.com/journals/0632a9d54950b268,0e3ba2647ecb6345,252a73bd09416c25.html
