Dendritic fission of the cells is observed at the critical value of the concentration of nitrogen impurity incorporated during the treatment. The formation of such structure takes place in the process of crystallization from a concentrated − supercooled melt. The calculated values of the rate of movement of a solid−melt interface are 0.2−0.5 m/s. %8 2016-05-31
