Intensive signal components from n narrow-band frequency filters are detected and then associatively compared in a unit of comparators. Cn2 binary codes, reflecting spectral images (shapes) or n! rearrangements, are generated at this unit outputs. The method can be used for compression of multidigit binary codes into two-digit symbols, correspondent to rearrangements being spectral image analogues, which can be easily transformed back to binary codes. The possibility of building relatively cheap diagnosis systems for recognition of the diagnosed object state is considered. A program that calculates spectral image levels from the obtained code messages and identifies codes for a given number of spectral image levels is developed. %8 2012-04-23
