It is shown that lens effect results in the complicated deformation of light curves of source images formed by a gravitational lens. Amount of deformations depends both on characteristic parameters of mass distribution inside the lens and on radiation source parameters such as linear dimension of a radiating region and its location with respect to critical curves of the lens, pulse duration. To obtain numerical estimations the model of Q2237+0305 gravitational lens has been examined as an example. The lens consists of a compact massive nucleus and an extensive disc component. %8 2005-12-27
