T1 Impedance Characteristics of Diodes Operating Jointly and Having Negative Differential Conductivity JF Telecommunications and Radio Engineering JO TRE YR 2004 FD 2005-10-10 VO 61 IS 2-6 SP 529 OP 542 AB Impedance characteristics of diodes operating jointly and having negative differential conductivity have been analyzed in a wide frequency band. It has been shown that each group of diodes with negative differential conductivity has its own frequency band in which these diodes can operate jointly at the same frequency. The group of resonant-tunneling diode InGaAs/AIAs containing a diode with a limited volume charge storage operates at frequencies 50-100 GHz, and groups of a tunneling diode containing Gunn diode operate at frequencies 25-40 GHz.
