In this study, the Darcy–Forchheimer model is incorporated. The governing micropolar fluid flow equations in dimensional form are transformed into non-similarity equations, which are solved by the spectral quasi-linearization method. The results revealed that skin friction, Sherwood number, and wall couple stress are low and the Nusselt number is high for the truncated cone case but the reverse behavior is noticed in case of vertical plate with the increase of these parameters namely, coupling number, Soret number, Hartmann number, viscous dissipation, and Forchheimer number.
