In view of this, the probability multivalued linguistic neutrosophic sets (PMVLNSs) are proposed in this study, in order to depict the group evaluation information via the linguistic term sets (LTSs), which ensure more easy and accurate evaluations of DMs, as well as furnish the probability information with a comprehensive indication of the opinion distribution of DMs within each group. This paper presents a novel decision-making method with probability multivalued linguistic neutrosophic numbers (PMVLNNs) for solving the MCGDM problems with unknown weight vectors of criteria and groups. The definition of PMVLNSs is provided with further discussion of the applied comparison method, projection measurement, and aggregation operator of PMVLNNs. Then, elaboration of a novel extended interactive and multicriteria decision-making (TODIM) method with PMVLNNs for solving the MCGDM problems is described. Finally, the applicability of the proposed method is verified by its application to a practical project selection example. Feasibility of the ranking results obtained is proven by comparison with those provided by five other available methods. %8 2017-08-01
