Résumé

A lot of existing methods of comparison don’t base on the generalized criteria in order to satisfy the initial heat aerodynamic and mechanical conditions of comparison for tubular and plate-and fin heat transfer apparatus. These methods require the total iterative design of comparative heat transfer apparatus or they result in cumbersome and complicated solution of engineering and economic problem, so they didn’t find wide application. At present we can’t find the works combining systematic account of modern methods of heat transfer apparatus design with the description of algorithms, made on the computer as well as comparative methods for the same and different types of performance data of heat transfer apparatus being of mechanical construction. In a given work we try to fill a gap where the given designs are provided with methods of numerical values of parameters in equations and comparative methods of heat transfer apparatus performance data being approached to the utmost to the conditions of designing, analytical treatment and relative comparison. The used technique for comparison of heat transfer apparatus characteristics was evaluated on tube-and plate heat exchangers with discrete turbulizators and helps to estimate the level of enhancement of convective of heat transfer in comparison with equal heat exchanger with heat transfer surface without enhancement (smooth duct) and to choose the best variant in the range of heat exchangers different from other types.
