RÉSUMÉ
This article deals with a new approach in the field of turbulence models. Analysis of simple wall flows, i.e. fully developed channel flow and pipe flow, from the entropy production point of view provides us with three equivalent formulations of the entropy production. The article shows that these equivalent relations are related to the Darcy friction coefficient. Presented results can be used for evaluation of tested turbulence model from the viewpoint of the kinetic energy loss coefficient, which is very important in engineering tasks.
