RÉSUMÉ

To investigate turbulent heat transfer over anisotropic porous interfaces with isothermal and conjugate thermal wall boundary conditions, direct numerical simulations of forced convection in turbulent porous-walled channel flows whose bulk Reynolds number is 3000 are performed by the lattice Boltzmann method. The porous media considered have the wall-normal and spanwise or streamwise permeability components. For the isothermal wall condition, constant low and high temperatures are respectively applied to the top smooth wall and the porous layer while for the conjugate heat transfer, constant high temperature is applied only to the very bottom wall under the porous layer. From the instantaneous and statistical results, it is found that the friction and turbulent heat transfer are affected especially by the cold sweeps and hot ejections. The difference in Nusselt numbers caused by the anisotropy and the thermal boundary conditions is also discussed.
