The example of application of a Group method data handling algorithm to detect the models of dependencies in data sample has been demonstrated. The algorithm was applied to detecting these dependencies by sampling the data of observations of ions and surface interaction. The account of secondary arguments enabled us to decrease the model (bias), i.e., to obtain more adequate model of approximation of the dependence searched for. For polynomial functions the algorithms of selecting the model optimal with respect to the external criterion and test of location were developed. These algorithms were developed by comparing the two versions of computations. In the first version at first a small set of the most accurate models was found, then one the most unbiased model was selected from them. In the second version one the most precise model was chosen from the set of the least biased models.

Problems of inductive inference (recovery) of structures of systems of probabilistic dependencies in the class of directed acyclic graphs (DAG) on the basis of statistical data are studied. One of the major problems of separative methods of inductive identification of model structure is reducing reliability of tests of conditional independence due to disintegration of data sampling under growing cardinality of tests conditions. An apparatus of genotypes of variables is suggested. It enables one to reduce enumeration of possibilities in identification of structure of an DAG-model, to enhance reliability and to reduce tests number.

We consider an approach for estimation of utility of diagnostic tests (attributes) from the point of view of reduction of a priori risk. The statements, which provide utility of a diagnostic test and a separate attribute, are proved. Upper estimates for limit values of probabilities of errors of "target miss" and "false alarm" are obtained. It was shown, that the collection of separately useless attributes can be useful on their statistical independence in classes.

The specific architecture of a feedforward neural network is described. Using example of two real time series, namely exchange rates of Ukrainian hryvna to US dollar and that of Ukrainian hryvna to Russian rouble for the second half of 1997, we demonstrate possibility of prognosis using neural network, whose structure contains radial nodes. The results of operation of a model of such architecture are presented and comparison of its possibilities with those of a classic model of multilayer perception (MLP model) is performed.

The model of chemotherapy for treating oncological disease is presented. The technique for verifying optimality of treatment regimes reduced to the problem of algebraic inequalities solution existence is suggested. By using special functions the optimal process of the system is constructed in explicit form.

An information field connecting viscuses and organs, the surface of an organism and environment forms a physical carrier of such field. We argue that a nature of such carrier is not electromagnetic. The constant of interaction of thermochemical potentials, which is realized by means of replacement of the space structure, is estimated. We also describe the method of electropuncture diagnostics "Polet" for telecommunicational monitoring of a state of the physiological systems of an organism in which the estimation of the energy of the organism field by a total estimate of the power of outlets and sources is used.
